RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
All
items are returnable within 7 days of the signed
delivery confirmation date. When making a return,
please follow these simple steps:
1) Send us an email regarding your reason for
returning the item. Include the tracking number.
2) Insure the package to be returned for the
cost you paid for the item.
3) Enclose a copy of the packaging invoice.
4) Ensure that the items you return are not
substitutes, and in their original condition.
5) Any certificate provided with the item must
be returned.

INFORM US OF YOUR RETURN
You
can expect a refund within 10-14 days of our
receipt of your returned item or your cancellation
of an order. The refund amount will include
the cost of the item returned and any applicable
tax ( Illinois residents only ).
Because we provide an attractive shipping incentive
(minimal fee per item, along with us incurring
the costs of insurance and delivery confirmation),
we cannot refund for any shipping, delivery
confirmation, or insurance costs upon your return
shipment.
Your refund must be made with the same original
payment method you used for the purchase.
DAMAGED
ITEM PROCEDURE
1)
Damage claims can only be made on items shipped
with insurance. We ship all our items with insurance
for that very reason.
2)
Please do not return items damaged in shipment,
as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
3)
Claims should be made through the original shipping
agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary
by carrier, so please check with the carrier
for specific instructions. We recommend you
use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
4)
Be sure to retain all original packaging, as
well as all pieces of the damaged item (s),
as the shipping agent will request to examine
them.
